Explore corporate →Sip & Script brings modern calligraphy classes to the Hartford area and central Connecticut, with workshops at local favorites like Crystal Ridge Winery in South Glastonbury, Cassidy Hill Vineyard in Coventry, the 1741 Pub & Grill at Lyman Orchards in Middlefield, Coles Road Brewing in Berlin, and The Coffee Spot in Simsbury. Classes are taught by local Connecticut instructors Wendy Pagani and Jessica DiValentino, two teachers who fell in love with lettering in their own first Sip & Script classes, and they're built for total beginners. No experience needed, and every supply is included, so you just grab a drink, pick up a pen, and start lettering. Whether you're looking for a creative night out, a unique date night idea, or a fun activity with friends near Hartford, you'll leave with finished pieces and a new skill. Pumpkin lettering runs from early October into mid-November, followed by ornament lettering and hand-lettered gift tags for the holidays. Classes run all around greater Hartford, from Simsbury and Suffield to Manchester, Glastonbury, Berlin, and Middlefield.
