Explore corporate →Sip & Script brings modern calligraphy and brush-lettering classes to Rochester, NY and the surrounding area, with workshops at local favorites like Burn Bright Books in the Park Avenue neighborhood, Flight Wine Bar near High Falls, Rising Storm Brewing Co. in the Browncroft area, and The Hive Coworking Studio in nearby Fairport. Our classes are taught by local instructor Lisa Turner, a Fairport-based calligrapher, and built for total beginners. No experience needed, and every supply is included, so you just grab a drink, pick up a pen, and start lettering. Whether you're looking for a creative night out, a unique date night idea, or a fun activity with friends in Rochester, you'll leave with finished pieces and a new skill. Classes run year-round across the city and out to Fairport and Pittsford, with seasonal themes like pumpkin lettering this fall, place card lettering for Thanksgiving, and ornament lettering for the holidays.
