Calligraphy & lettering classes across greater NYC

Sip & Script brings modern calligraphy classes to New York City, with workshops at local favorites like Time Out Market in Union Square, West Bank Cafe in Hell's Kitchen, Hilltop Park Alehouse in Washington Heights, The Tillary Hotel in Downtown Brooklyn, and Yoseka Stationery in Greenpoint. Classes are taught by a team of local NYC instructors, including Amanda Borne, Claude Duroseau, Candace Nelson, Ashna Chopra, Nicole Konovitch, Taija Williams, and Jenna Yasgur, and built for total beginners. No experience needed, and every supply is included, so you just grab a drink, pick up a pen, and start lettering. Whether you're looking for a creative night out, a unique date night idea, or a fun activity with friends in New York, you'll leave with finished pieces and a new skill. Pumpkin lettering runs through mid-November, place card lettering arrives in time for Thanksgiving, and ornament lettering takes over in December. Classes run almost every week from Washington Heights to NoHo and across the river in Brooklyn, with brush-lettering workshops up in Westchester's river towns.
