This class is for anyone who's never picked up a pen. We teach the basics, and our hope is you leave with ink flowing through your nib and the confidence to keep practicing. Tried it before? It's a great refresher with new supplies from our beginner kit.
Left-handed? You're very welcome. This class is designed with lefties in mind — we teach you to get ink flowing through your nib with confidence, whatever hand you use.
All students under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult to our classes.
PLEASE NOTE: Some of our classes are held at 21+ establishments, so please read the class description before purchasing.
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before the start time to settle in. Seating is first come, first served within the venue.

Hello! I’m Crystal. I was born and raised in Southern California, and currently located in Sawtelle, West Los Angeles! I am always on the hunt for new places to eat in LA, especially ones featuring bagels, boba milk tea, desserts, and cute vibes. I specialize in hand lettered and calligraphed name cards for weddings, dinner parties, etc. I love calligraphy because there is something truly special about creating beautiful things with your own two hands! I started learning calligraphy by helping a friend with her wedding name cards, and found myself feeling so proud from my own writing. As a brand new Sip & Script instructor, I am so excited to share my passion for calligraphy with you! See you in class!
