This class is for anyone who's never picked up a pen. We teach the basics, and our hope is you leave with ink flowing through your nib and the confidence to keep practicing. Tried it before? It's a great refresher with new supplies from our beginner kit.

Left-handed? You're very welcome. This class is designed with lefties in mind — we teach you to get ink flowing through your nib with confidence, whatever hand you use.

All students under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult to our classes.

PLEASE NOTE: Some of our classes are held at 21+ establishments, so please read the class description before purchasing.

We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before the start time to settle in. Seating is first come, first served within the venue.

Kristin started her career in the corporate world as a graphic designer working for many years until she had her first daughter and decided to stay home with her. Fast forward 5 years and another baby, Kristin decided to start her calligraphy journey as a fun hobby and to stretch her creative muscles again. She fell in love with the calming process and the tangibility this art form provided. Now she’s excited to teach modern calligraphy with Sip & Script! She currently resides in Wesley Chapel, FL and when she’s not creating, you’ll find her homeschooling her eldest daughter, or exploring the beautiful areas around Tampa Bay.
