All students under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult to our classes.
PLEASE NOTE: Some of our classes are held at 21+ establishments, so please read the class description before purchasing.
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before the start time to settle in. Seating is first come, first served within the venue.

Anna White is the owner and artist behind Ella Ink, a Durham-based studio offering custom calligraphy, engraving, hot foiling services.
Ever since childhood, Anna has loved art and always enjoyed experimenting with different mediums. It was during her first calligraphy class in 2015, when she realized that pen and ink were her favorite. In 2020, she began dedicating much of her free time to learning the art of calligraphy and it took off from there.
One of the most rewarding parts of being a calligrapher and engraver is seeing the joy that her work brings to others. It is an honor to be able to transform her clients’ ordinary objects, such as a glass perfume bottle, metal flask, or a paper envelope into personalized works of art. As a calligraphy instructor, she is proud to share her calligraphy knowledge and passion with others, as they start a calligraphy journey of their own.
When not behind the pen, she is spending time with her family, searching for good food and drinks, and working as a primary care physician assistant.
