Hi, I’m Abby!

I’m a Wisconsin native who moved to Arizona 15 years ago for ASU—and ended up staying for good. I now live in Chandler with my fiancé and our puppy, and I teach elementary school math.

When I’m not in the classroom, you can usually find me spending time with family and friends, reading, or staying active. I’ve always thought of myself as more of a doodler than an artist, but my creative side has a way of showing up when I least expect it.

About 10 years ago, I discovered lettering and instantly fell in love. Since then, I’ve spent much of my free time practicing faux calligraphy—it’s the perfect blend of relaxation and skill-building. I’ve even created wedding signage in the past, but I’m just now turning this passion into something more. I’d love for you to join me for a class!
